End-User License Agreement
1. Purpose and scope
FleetManager Transfer is a private business application developed and maintained for LRFT's internal operations. It integrates transportation-management information in FleetManager with LRFT-authorized QuickBooks Online accounting records. The application is not offered for public sale or general distribution.
2. Authorized users
Access is restricted to LRFT personnel and individuals expressly authorized by LRFT. Access to approval functions is subject to assigned permissions and authentication requirements. The application is not intended for customers or general public use.
3. Permitted use
Authorized users may use the application only for legitimate LRFT business and accounting purposes. Users must not intentionally submit inaccurate information, bypass approvals, disclose access credentials, or interfere with accounting controls.
4. Accounting transactions and controls
Depending on configuration and authorization, the application may match, create, or update supplier records and synchronize eligible financial transactions to QuickBooks Online. LRFT is responsible for reviewing, approving, and reconciling its financial records and for compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and recordkeeping requirements.
The application includes controls intended to identify duplicate records, hold transactions requiring review, and avoid automatic repeat posting where a transaction outcome is uncertain. These controls do not replace LRFT's accounting review.
5. Third-party services
The application relies on FleetManager, Intuit QuickBooks Online, and authorized Microsoft services, which are subject to their respective terms and availability.
6. Ownership
FleetManager Transfer is operated for LRFT's internal use. No right is granted to resell, sublicense, distribute, or offer it as a service to unrelated organizations.
7. Availability and limitations
Service and transaction processing may be delayed or interrupted by system maintenance, network issues, third-party outages, or required human review. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made.
8. Access termination and records
LRFT may restrict or revoke access when authorization ends or when necessary to protect its operations. Accounting and audit records may be retained consistent with applicable legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
