Privacy Policy
1. Overview
FleetManager Transfer is a private integration operated by LRFT to exchange authorized business and accounting information between FleetManager and QuickBooks Online. It is intended for LRFT's authorized business personnel, not for public distribution.
2. Information processed
The information processed depends on the transaction and may include:
- Carrier and supplier names, business addresses, telephone numbers, business email addresses, and identifiers.
- Contracts, receipts, invoice numbers, dates, due dates, currencies, amounts, and accounting line details.
- QuickBooks vendor, customer, and transaction identifiers relevant to authorized integrations.
- Approval decisions, accounting reconciliation, transfer status, audit records, and error logs.
- Limited authorized-user identity and access information needed for administration and security.
3. Purposes of processing
LRFT processes information for supplier matching and approved updates, eligible accounting transfers, duplicate detection, exception holds, accounting reconciliation, auditability, security, and internal operational reporting.
4. Systems and service providers
Information may be processed through FleetManager, Intuit QuickBooks Online, authorized Microsoft authentication and notification services, and infrastructure operated for LRFT. These services are used to support legitimate business processes. LRFT does not offer QuickBooks data for sale to unrelated advertisers or third parties.
5. Access and security
The integration uses restricted user permissions, protected application credentials, approval records, and transaction controls. Access is intended to be limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require it for their duties. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention and corrections
Information may be retained for accounting, business operations, audit, security, and legal requirements. Applicable access, correction, and deletion requests are handled in accordance with law and LRFT's recordkeeping obligations; a request may not require deletion of accounting records that must legally be retained.
7. Connection and disconnection
LRFT's authorized personnel control connection to QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorized access through that connection but does not automatically erase previously created accounting records or records retained for legitimate business and legal purposes.
8. Processing locations
Information may be processed on LRFT-managed systems and through authorized service providers. Their processing locations may include jurisdictions outside the business's location, subject to applicable requirements and provider commitments.
9. Changes
LRFT may update this policy as its integration, service providers, or applicable obligations change. The published effective date will indicate the most recent revision.
10. Contact
Questions or requests about the application's handling of information may be directed to LRFT through its established business communication channels.
